Products

We aim to describe products as accurately as possible, including images, specifications and pricing. Product photography for newly added items may initially use representative or placeholder imagery until real product photography is available — this will always be corrected before an item is offered for sale.

We do not claim products are "best sellers", have specific sales figures, or carry customer reviews unless that information is genuinely available and verified.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We do not guarantee that a product is in stock unless this is confirmed at the time of your order.

Orders and payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe Payment Links. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms in addition to ours. We do not store your full payment card details.

Cancellations and errors

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraudulent activity, and will contact you if this happens.

Consumer rights (EU/Portugal)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in line with EU consumer protection rules and Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Limitation of liability
